About me
Erica Hasenbeck (she/her) has served as a manager in Fresno Unified School District for the last 10 years with the focus on restorative practices and creating safe, supportive, and inclusive schools. She began her career in 2000 as a social worker serving children and families of the Central Valley. In 2007, Erica joined Fresno Unified as a school social worker and eventually went on to leadership positions in climate and culture. In 2017, Erica led the creation of the district’s LGBTQ+ Support Team which includes innovative and district-wide collaborative programs and services to students. She holds master’s degrees and credentials in both Social Work and Educational Leadership from Fresno State.
