As a trusted leadership coach and strategic advisor, Ebony partners with executives, philanthropic foundations, nonprofits, and mission-driven organizations to drive transformative change, foster resilient leadership, and cultivate cultures of belonging. She specializes in helping foundations and organizations align their funding strategies with equitable, community-driven solutions that create measurable, long-term impact. She offers consultation and training on strategic change management, equity-centered programs, and leadership development, equipping leaders with the tools to navigate complex challenges while prioritizing personal and collective well-being.
A sought-after speaker, educator, and facilitator, Ebony has made a significant impact nationwide, advocating for improved access to care and breaking the stigma surrounding mental wellness in underserved communities.
