She specializes in helping foundations and organizations align their funding strategies with equitable, community-driven solutions that create measurable, long-term impact. She offers consultation and training on strategic change management, equity-centered programs, and leadership development, equipping leaders with the tools to navigate complex challenges while prioritizing personal and collective well-being.
